As this site currently stands, it collects nothing. There is no server behind it, no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no cookie. The section below describes what will be collected once accounts and the APIs are live, published in advance rather than after the fact.
1What is stored in your browser
One item, under the key mtg-theme, holding the word light
or dark once you use the theme toggle. It never leaves your device, is not
a cookie, and is not sent with any request. Clearing site data removes it and the site
goes back to following your operating system.
2What will be collected with an account
- Identity: name, email address, and a password stored only as a salted hash. The plain password is never stored and cannot be recovered, only reset.
- Access records: sign-in times and IP address, kept as a security measure so an unfamiliar sign-in can be spotted.
- Billing: handled by a payment processor. Card numbers do not reach this site's servers at any point.
3Trading data
For QuantDesk clients, the desk holds positions, orders and statements belonging to your own broker account, because it cannot report to you without them. It never holds your broker password or your second factor: authorisation happens on the broker's own page and produces a token you can revoke. Full detail is on the QuantDesk privacy page.
4Creator toolkit uploads
Material you upload is processed to produce your output, retained while your subscription is active so renders can be reproduced, and deleted within thirty days of account closure. It is not used to train any model and is not shown to anyone else.
5What is never done
- Personal data is not sold, and never will be.
- No advertising networks, no third-party trackers, no data brokers.
- No email is sent that you did not ask for, other than the transactional kind: receipts, security notices, and warnings that something is about to change.
6Third parties
Once live, the site will rely on a hosting provider, a payment processor, an email delivery service and, for QuantDesk clients, your broker. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Their names will be listed here before they process anything.
7Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deletion is honoured except where a record must be retained by law, and in that case you will be told which record and which law.
8Retention
Account data is kept while the account is open and for thirty days after closure. Financial records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require, which is longer, and which no privacy policy can shorten.
9Breach
If data is exposed, affected users will be told what happened, what was exposed and what to do about it, without waiting for certainty about the cause. A slow accurate notice is worse than a fast approximate one.
